Teaching and Education Quality in ESSU

How would you feel if you discover that a classmate of yours is way smarter and knowledgeable on the subject than the instructor teaching it? Mawawalan ka ba ng gana o tatawanan mo lang?
Teaching quality in ESSU? Horrifyingly low.

• They hire just about any instructors na di naman talaga qualified as long as may endorsement from a higher up o kamag-anak ng kung sino mang poncio pilato.
• Let one instructor teach a multitude of subjects kahit di naman niya specialty. It's a common issue na bago magpasukan some instructors would complain na may inassign sa kanila na subject which they absolutely have no idea what it's all about. Tapos they'd read books about the subject 2 weeks before classes starts haha.
• Most instructors tend to be sooooooooooooooo dependent on books. That's not a bad idea BUT - 1.) Most books in the library are obsolete; 2.) Nothing beats teaching practical stuff. You see, even the most diligent student would forget about what pandiwa is or who the father of biology is after some time. But if a teacher relates a concept to a real life application of the concept, mas madaling maiintindihan ng mga estudyante. Ang boring naman mag-aral ng mga bagay na di mo maintindihan kung para saan di ba. O bakit ka pa mag-aaral kung di mo naman alam kung may silbi sayo yung pinag-aaralan mo o wala. Not being able to graduate is not a threat to us anymore. Call centers, fast food chains, and factories accept undergrads afterall.
• Laging walang klase. Haha. It's actually a good thing and it makes most students really happy every time pero wala naman kaming natututunan. Minsan nga tatlong beses lang nagkaklase sa isang sem yung ibang instructors. Astig di ba?
• You only teach us the basics. You do not delve much into deeper aspects of the subject. Maybe because you arent that knowledgeable to teach us anything more than definition of this, 8 important aspects of that, etc etc. 
• Focuses on memorization to assess students. WTH? Enumeration and definition of terms are fine pero yung ganun nalang lagi sobra naman ata. Kahit gradeschooler kaya magmemorize. Pero ano ba yung purpose ng pagtuturo niyo? It's to make us understand concepts of the subject matter di ba? Pero yung imemorize lang yung kung ano yung nasa notes, that does not equate to understanding concepts. Mag-effort naman sana kayo into making more worthwhile quizzes and exams.
• Useless subjects that should have not been included on the curriculum
• Naghihingalong lab facilities at library materials
• Bribery. Why work hard when you know you can just trade a book or money  for a 1.5 grade
• Too lenient on students.
• Para sa mga medyo mahihirap na courses that require some skills, sana maging strikto naman yung respective departments. Wag yung tanggap ng tanggap nalang ng kung sino sino. Same as sa mga studyante. Wag namang enroll ng enroll sa mga mahihirap na kurso just because you think it's cool or you wanna look astig. Oo buhay niyo yan pero if you always bother your classmates for whatnot just so you could pass on the subjects you suck at... Please have mercy. Just sacrifice your egos.

Pansin ko lang sa mga babaerong instructors

...kung sino pa yung mga fugly-looking male instructors sa ESSU sila pa yung mga mahilig mambabae. Yung mga goodlooking+smart na instructors sila pa yung mababait at faithful haha.
Kung isapsychologise ko 'to my theory would be: ugly guys, while growing up, never experienced getting much attention from girls kasi girls(especially teenagers) only like eyecandies. This made them insecure and jealous. Of course may nabola naman silang girls which would then become their wives. Kaso di yun sapat to satiate their desire to gain an overwhelming attention from girls and to appease yung naghihingalo nilang ego + pride.
SO, they use their resources and i mean MONEY to lure girls. Pera na dapat pangsustento nila sa mga pamilya nila. Syempre how else will they get girls kung hindi sa pera lang. Kasi di naman sila pogi. They are so uncool pa. Alam nilang walang papatol sa kanila unless magshell out sila ng pera.
Tapos these fugly womanizers would then make inom with their fellow womanizers tapos share share sila about their women. Payabangan kung sino ang pinakamaraming nabingwit LOL. Pathetic isnt it? But it happens in real life. These barbaric-looking barbarians would brag na may textmate silang sexy girls and such na parang ang gwapo gwapo nila haha. Nakakaawa na nakakairita.
Read that you opportunistic girl schoolmates? You think your pleasurable escapades with these filthy dirty old instructors are kept secret? Think again. What you do with your life is your business, but if you want to retain even just a bit of delikadesa, be cautious lalo na in giving out your name and course kasi for sure machichismis ka talaga.

Dear Ombudsman, PNoy

Sana po imbestigahan niyo din yung governors at congressmen ng Eastern Samar nung past administrations.
Lalo na sina Libanan, Evardone at Nicart.
Not gonna pinpoint on who did which, pero kung pangungurakot lang din ang pag-uusapan panalong-panalo yang mga yan. My beloved province had been miserable these past few years. Nakakairita lang na yung pagkalaki laking buwis na binabayaran ng mga tao na supposedly gagamitin para iimprove yung community e kinakamkam lang nung mga punyetang buwayang yan.
It's always creepily amazing whenever i'd see these bastard corrupt officials' families happily flash their smiles in pictures na parang inosenteng inosente sila. I doubt each and everyone of them arent aware what scums their fathers are. Especially the wives. Sabagay, women tend to love luxuries kaya bakit pa sila magrereklamo kahit illegal ang ginagawa ng asawa nila kung gaganda naman ang buhay nila.
Ayoko namang magmalinis kasi kahit ako nangungupit din naman ako sa magulang ko nung bata pa ko but to sell the province to some syndicate para makapagmina at illegal logging dito? It's just too much.
Innate sa tao ang pagiging sakim pero yung hanggang sa punto na pati kaluluwa ng ibang tao ibebenta mo na, kahayupan na yun! These fucktards wont even care kahit nakikita nang halos mamatay matay ang mga constituents nila dahil sa sakit sa pwet gawa ng kakabyahe araw araw sa warak na kalsada. Ang importante, marangya ang pamumuhay nila.
I wish i took pictures of how the highway looked like when i came back here. Kahit sinong makakita di aakalain na yung kalsada ng Eastern Samar dati e aspaltado. Yung talagang rough road + sungkaan road to the max. Kahit sino mapipilayan sa pwet.
I could rant on and on at di ako mauubusan ng sasabihin but ive already mentioned my purpose of making this post. This is an open letter(although i dont know if this could pass as one) to the President of the Republic of the Philippines, the ombudsman, DOJ etc. Parang awa niyo na, pakiimbestigahan niyo naman po yung key public officials ng Eastern Samar. Sana abot kamay ang hustisya lalo na sa mga ordinaryong mamamayan =(
